What an awesome National Night Out this week! Although the reasons for its re-scheduling were tragic, the community still showed up in force!

Police Searching for Suspect Who Hit a Man & His Dog
A 73 year-old man was walking his dog at the intersection of Browns Valley and Vaca Valley on Monday night when they were both hit by a vehicle which fled the scene at around 9:15 PM. Both the man and his dog suffered significant injuries but have since returned home.
Vacaville Police are asking anyone with information about the incident to contact Officer Perkins at 707-469-4722.
